Brea Bolton
Heya! I’m an award-winning and Emmy-nominated screenwriter and TV Writer based in Oklahoma. I started screenwriting in 2017, making the leap from novel writing straight into the deep end of TV. Since then, I’ve done a ton of workshops and online classes. I’ve interned with Nickoleneon, Tyler Perry Studios, and Sundance. I stepped into the independent film scene in 2024 with my debut short film, Smoke Embers Ash. I’m also really big into MTG and D&D, a dabbling illustrator, and TTRPG campaign designer for my first indie campaign, Blackwater Bay.
Recently, under the pen name Blu Bolton, I’ve been working on my first official novella series, The Losers’ Guide to Banishing Demons. It’s a passion project that is still ongoing. Volume One is finished and free for all to read, and Volume Two is currently being planned. All this will be happening live on my YouTube channel. Subscribe if you want to follow the journey of me figuring out serialized fiction and growing my creative career in public.

The dead don't behave in Bellamy.
On her first day at Bellamy High, Sable Moreau witnesses two students disappear, and a burning ghost calls her name. Determined to stay invisible, she instead finds herself at the center of a mystery involving missing students, buried secrets, a demon bound to her soul, and a school that may be hiding something far worse than ghosts.
A fast-paced YA supernatural thriller perfect for fans of Fear Street, Wednesday, and Stranger Things.
The scalpel isn’t the sharpest thing in the room…
Dr. Emilia Carter arrives at Baltimore General, hoping for a quiet restart. Instead, she’s thrown headfirst into a chaotic trauma case and a collision course with the hospital’s most brilliant and volatile surgeon, Dr. Sloane Shaw. As tensions flare and secrets simmer beneath the surface, the two women must navigate medical emergencies, boardroom politics, and a growing pull toward each other that neither of them expected.
Baltimore General is a gripping episodic medical drama series where what we hide always finds its way to the surface.
